The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Heartland Chapter cordially invites you to attend our first chapter meeting on November 9, 2004.

The NACD Heartland Chapter meeting will be from 7:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m., at The Carriage Club, 5301 State Line Road, Kansas City, MO.  This meeting is open exclusively to individuals serving as directors on boards and will feature a panel of national and local experts discussing executive compensation.   Warren Batts, Michael Chesser , and Michael Kesner will be the  featured speakers for this event.  Breakfast will be served.
